These terms govern your access to the LuxeAutoImports website and any services related to buying, selling, clearing, and shipping vehicles.

Service Estimates

All values generated by the Landed Cost Estimator are indicative and serve as estimates. Final customs duty, levies, and documentation costs depend strictly on the final regulatory assessment by the respective authorities at the destination port.

Refunds & Returns

Imported vehicles and logistics fees are generally non-refundable once international logistics, customs processing, or fulfillment has officially started, due to the irrecoverable costs involved.
